Register 2 forms annually and send payment to Venmo and receive the links to join your online group exercise class selection. Log onto your meeting link 5 minutes early if possible. 1st class is always FREE!

Revive and invigorate your body and energy levels with this yoga workout on the mat. All exercise levels welcome

Pilates Mat Workout Tuesday 7 AM EST

Pilates may be low-impact but this class goes a long way to target your core while improving your postural alignment and flexibility. All levels welcome

Yoga Flow Wednesday 7 AM EST

No matter what your fitness level, this class has the power to strengthen your body and calm your mind. Roll out your mat for these challenging poses to add to your yoga practice. Work at your own pace: beginner to intermediate level 

Pilates at the Barre Thursday 7 AM EST

Stand your Pilates mat skills up to the barre and improve your balance, strength and cardio skills. Don't have a barre? Use a chair or something supportive. Beginner to Intermediate level  

Yoga Flow Friday 7 AM EST

Turn on your high spirits and creative flow. Roll out your mat and let's go, take your practice up to the next level with intentional pause, conscience engagement with the breath to create positive change in your body.  Work at your own pace: beginner, intermediate and advanced level welcome

Pilates Mat Workout Saturday 8:30 AM EST

Strengthen your inner "powerhouse" while lengthening your body. This energizing practice guides your abdominals, pelvic floor, lower back, glutes, hips towards stability and power. All levels welcome

Pilates at the Barre Saturday 9AM EST

Work on strengthening your body from head to toe with combinations to aid in flexibility, posture and balance. Intermediate level, all welcome to work at their own pace 


Group Health Coaching

Individual One on One Coaching sessions -TBD

4 week long program- 1x per week for 30 minutes. Inquire to book your times.
